Like the mistral in the Rhône Valley that whiffs for 3, 6 or 9 days,
the 3:6:9 beer blows away the clouds and makes your head spin.

The brewery

Our brewing site is in Soyons, just next to Valence on the Ardèche side of the Rhône river. We welcome guests on our terrace since 2021, we aim to open a taproom inside the brewery in the near future where you can have a beer while having a view on our brewhouse.

The team

Vincent meets Zsu in Budapest where she made him taste his first IPA, in which moment it was time to say goodbye to industrial and standardised beers. 4 years later, brewing in the kitchen, over the video editor career for him and Hungary for her. Out with the old, in with our new life, 3:6:9 Bière Craft is born!

Life is too long to always drink the same beer. Our ambition is to offer a range of contemporary, innovative high-standard craft beer inspired by the international scene.

Our beers

Vortex - Session IPA

Session IPA with a discreet bitterness, balanced by the choice of malts. A light-bodied beer, but very fragrant. Hops: Willamette, Centennial, Cascade, Mosaic and Citra, all in dry hopping. Malts: Pale ale and Biscuit for a light color and a refined body. Barley flakes for a silky texture.

IPA#16

A powerful but balanced IPA. Hops: Chinook, Cascade and Mosaic, then Mosaic and Citra in dry hopping. Malts: Carablond, Pale Ale and Biscuit for a golden color and a complex body. Oat flakes for a silky texture.

6,8% alc. / IBU 45

Baywatch - Pale Ale

A light-bodied pale ale full of finesse, with the subtle hops Mandarina Bavaria and Hallertau Blanc in dry hopping.

4,2% alc. / IBU 20

Electrolyte - Passion Fruit Gose

A sour gose, fermented with passion fruit to give you a little freshness, and brewed with salt to rebalance your electrolytes.

3,8% alc. / pH 3,6

Terminal 2F - Raspberry-Beetroot Berliner Weisse

Light and very thirst-quenching sour beer, fermented with beetroot and raspberry. Low in alcohol, it is a perfect beer for hot summer days. The marriage of beetroot and raspberry brings earthy, fruity and floral notes, without sweetness.

Blck Fog - Blackcurrant Porter

Lightbodied dark beer with roasted notes of chocolate and coffee, with a touch of blackcurrant that bring some complexity and fruitiness.
